Background

Shalini is an internationally trained lawyer from India where she specialized in Privacy Data Breach and Compliance. After moving to Canada, Shalini embarked on the NCA journey and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2023.  Her journey started in Toronto where she gained experience shadowing reputed lawyers in the area of Personal Injury. From there she moved to a mid-sized law firm in Edmonton to gain more experience in different fields of law.

Her practice now largely focuses on a wide variety of laws including Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Employment.

Shalini is an avid believer in humanity, and has volunteered with various Charitable organizations like Salvation Army, Chai Life Canada, and her community’s religious Organisation. She is also a member of :-

During her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, reading, and playing Hindustani classical guitar. She is a mom to a beautiful baby boy and loves going on hikes with her family.
